CANCELLATION

We will accept cancellations as long as the order has not been shipped out from the supplier. After that, we are unable to offer a refund.

DELIVERY

We offer two options for the delivery service.

A: FREE PICK UP. Kosher Deli will be providing a weekly Thursday delivery to Chabad Islington and you can pick up your order for no fee. Please insure to pick up your order prior to Shabbat. Any orders not picked up prior to the weekend cannot be guaranteed for best results.

B: DELIVERY TO YOUR HOME. Please choose the home delivery option during checkout with your delivery time window. Based on your address we will have a taxi deliver your order.

Should you wish to set up any other arraignment, please feel welcome to get in touch.

PRICING

Despite our best efforts, a small number of items in our catalogue may be mispriced. . By completing and submitting and order, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Neither submitting an electronic order form or completing the checkout process constitutes our acceptance of your order. We will verify pricing when processing your order. Should a product's correct price be higher than the price listed on our website, we may contact you before dispatch and cancel your order.

PAYMENT

Payment options are via Stripe or Paypal secure services. You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to check out.
